Overview
Most employers are always looking for ways to improve employee relations, attract new employees and retain the ones they have. But how do you know what to do to improve if you don’t know what employees are looking for or why they are leaving?
Implemented properly, a good exit interview program can provide an employer with a host of valuable information that can be used to improve its employee relations and HR function. Why are employees leaving? Is there a problem with a particular department, supervisor or program that is driving employees away? Are there hidden problems or legal issues that current employees are reluctant to address? What attracted employees to the company in the first place?
This OnDemand Webinar will discuss some of the most common goals of an exit interview program, as well as common program design and logistics issues. We will also spend time discussing what to do with the information gathered in the exit interview process to ensure you get the most value from your program.
